Why has this type of radar been phased out?
From the animation, it can be seen that this type of radar uses a mechanical motor to drive the sensor for scanning. This mode of operation results in a high failure rate, with the radar breaking down in 3-6 months. It has a low scan rate, low sensitivity, high noise levels, and is not waterproof. The motor easily overheats and cannot be used in high-temperature environments.
Please provide the dimensions of the interactive area (width and length) and clarify whether it will be installed on the floor or the wall. Additionally, let us know the intended use of the radar sensor.

Have you ever imagined that the wall or floor could become an interactable plane after a wall or a floor is installed with a tiny sensor? Yeah, it’s a radar sensor, also called a lidar sensor which is tiny enough so that it’s uneasy to discover. Just a radar sensor can detect a fairly large area because the smallest measure range of KLEADER’s TOF radar is up to 10 meters long if nothing is blocking the sightless infrared laser.Our most powerful radar can measure up to 40 meters. Therefore only one radar can add interactive function onto a 60 * 30 square meters plane if nothing is blocking it. The radar can detect not only where your feet are but also where your finger touch. Via our interactive software, it will send the coordinate of where triggered and the ID of each trigger object to the interactive game by TUIO protocol, mouse protocol, touch protocol, or user-defined protocol. In addition, we will provide SDK to teach you how to develop your games. Suppose your company doesn’t have a software engineer. In that case, we can also provide a development platform for designers or artists who can add their customized content, such as background videos, pictures, or animation sequences, to the platform so that the platform will change to an interactive game with your content. Although it’s a simple way without writing any codes, it can only support simple interaction.
